A brief history:
The business was first registered on 1st November 2006. Starting off working on Saturday mornings mowing lawns and gardening for a handful of customers in the local area that were elderly or disabled and not able to keep their gardens under control any more. This sparked a real passion for working outdoors, so I decided to further my knowledge and gardening skills and enrolled in a TAFE trade certificate in horticulture. I left my work in the accounting field to pursue my passion full time and the business has been growing ever since. We now offer a complete, professional garden maintenance service.
Get That Job Done! is owned and operated by proprietor
Paul Ellis. I
hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree and worked in the accounting field
for seven years. I have also completed my trade level certificate course in Horticulture, including industry certification in small tree felling, pruning of trees and shrubs and chemical applications. Get That Job Done! is fully insured and I have had a
police security check to give you peace of mind.
More specifically, I have a keen interest in creating water wise gardens, using native and semi-arid land
plants; growing fruit and veggies & environmentally friendly weed, pest and disease control. Get That Job Done! now has a diverse client base, also looks after a number of Strata group common gardens and some small commercial gardens as well.
