Our History

Get That Job Done! was first registered on 1st November 2006. Paul starting off working on Saturday mornings mowing lawns and gardening for a handful of customers in the local area that were elderly or disabled and not able to keep their gardens under control any more.
This sparked a real passion for working outdoors, so he decided to further his knowledge and gardening skills and enrolled in a TAFE trade certificate in horticulture.
He left his work in the accounting field to pursue this passion full time and the business has been growing ever since. Get That Job Done! now offers a complete, professional garden maintenance service.

Proprietor

Get That Job Done! is owned and operated by proprietor Paul Ellis. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and worked in the accounting field for seven years. He has also completed a trade level certificate course in Horticulture, including industry certification in small tree felling, pruning of trees and shrubs and chemical applications. Get That Job Done! is fully insured and Paul carries a police security check to give you peace of mind.

More specifically, Paul has a keen interest in creating water wise gardens, using native and semi-arid land plants; growing fruit and veggies & environmentally friendly weed, pest and disease control.
